Of course! While we specialise in blonding and lightening services, we still love to see our brunette clients.

When requesting an appointment, we recommend sending a photo of your current hair along with an inspiration photo. Guidance will then be provided, finding the most suitable booking.
Cut & Style — ~60 minutes Global Colour & Haircut — ~3 hours Lightening Services & Haircut — ~3–4.5 hours Colour Corrections / Transformative services — ~5–5.5 hours
We are a proud Davines salon — where luxurious, sustainable and effective hair care meets Italian heritage.
For best results we recommend attending your appointment with clean hair.
While we do like to keep our appointments relaxed and full of pampering, plus-ones are welcome.
Free parking can be found at the front and back of the salon.
An SMS reminder is sent 3 days prior to your appointment via Fresha, with no reply/confirmation required.

Before you book
Salon Policies
- Deposits / rebooking
- Missed or rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hours notice incur a $50 deposit rebooking fee.
- Late arrivals
- We understand life happens, so there is a 15-minute grace period. After this time, Valentina Hair Artistry reserves the right to amend or reschedule your appointment.
- Redo / adjustments
- Please message us within four days of your initial appointment with any concerns, and a complimentary adjustment session will be arranged within two weeks.
- Colour limitations
- Valentina Hair Artistry reserves the right to reschedule or refuse an appointment if we believe your hair is currently unable to be lightened safely.
- Haircuts
- We do not offer short, above-the-jaw haircuts.
- Booking confirmation
- Bookings are only secured once you have received a booking confirmation.
